Terms of Use

By using ThisVidSave.com you agree to these terms. They're short, so please read them. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

What the service does

ThisVidSave.com lets you paste a link to a public ThisVid video and download the video, its audio track or its thumbnail. The files come from ThisVid. We pass them through to your device and don't store or change them.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher.

Your responsibilities

• Only download videos you have the right to save, such as your own uploads or content you have permission to use.
• Use downloads for personal purposes. Don't re-upload, sell or redistribute other people's content.
• Follow the laws that apply to you, including copyright law.
• Respect ThisVid's own terms and the rights of the people who made and appear in the videos.

What you can't do

• Run automated scripts or bots against the service, or send bulk requests.
• Try to get around the rate limits, the download-link expiry or any other protection.
• Try to download private videos, or break into anything that isn't public.
• Interfere with how the site or its servers work.

If you do, we may block your access without notice.

Availability

The service is free and provided "as is" and "as available". Because it depends on ThisVid's website, it can stop working when ThisVid changes something, and we can't promise any particular video will download. We may change, limit or shut down any part of the service at any time.

Liability

You use ThisVidSave.com at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or from content you download with it. Nothing here limits any rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

No affiliation

ThisVidSave.com is independent. It isn't owned, endorsed or sponsored by ThisVid. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
